UPDATE: The Settlement Administrator anticipates distributing the vast majority of the settlement funds by the end of 2013, some as early as December 23. In addition, the Court is considering an ex parte application to amend claim amounts or make name/title changes affecting approximately 400 Class Members, based on information subsequently obtained. If approved, distributions affecting those Class Members will be made shortly thereafter.
