This website contains information regarding a class action settlement that has been approved by the Superior Court for the State of Alaska, Third Judicial District at Anchorage, Case No. 3AN-02-11090 CI.
If you were a buyer or a seller of Alaska residential real estate during the period commencing April 15, 1999 and continuing through April 15, 2002, wherein agents of Vista Real Estate or JWC represented both the buyer and the seller in the same transaction.
YOU COULD RECEIVE THE BENEFITS OF A PROPOSED CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT
The Alaska Superior Court for the Third District at Anchorage (the “Court”) has certified a class and has given approval for a settlement of a class action lawsuit against the following defendants: Vista Real Estate, Inc., JWC, Inc., Rick Fuller, Gregg Gunnarson, Ron Pollock, The Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., The Prudential Insurance Company of America and Prudential Financial, Inc. (collectively the “Defendants”).
The Settlement was approved by the Court and will provide the benefits to Class Members as described on this website and in the Notice of Class Action Settlement. The Notice summarizes your rights and options in connection with the Settlement.
