Claims processing in connection with the Bear Stearns TIA Settlement has been completed. On October 27th, 2017, the initial distribution of the Net Settlement Fund was made to all Authorized Claimants whose claims were approved by the Court.

The distribution was made in accordance with the Court’s Order Approving Distribution of Net Settlement Fund.

If you received a payment in the distribution, please cash your check promptly, as it becomes void and subject to redistribution 90 days from issuance.
