If you have been identified as a Class Member in this lawsuit, the proposed settlement affects your legal rights related to your employment with DP Security, your right to obtain a share of the proposed class action settlement and your right to object to the settlement.

Settling Defendants have agreed to pay a total of $1,300,000 to the Class Members to settle this lawsuit. This settlement was discounted due to the strained financial condition of defendants DP Security, LLC., DP Security Services, Inc., and Micheal Davenport, Sr.
